True Stereo From a Single Speaker

Era 100 uses two angled tweeters to create left/right stereo separation from one cabinet. A dedicated midwoofer handles midrange vocals and low-frequency output.

Three Class-D digital amplifiers are individually tuned to the speaker's acoustic architecture.

Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3

Era 100 supports Wi-Fi 6 on compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks for Sonos streaming, multi-room playback, AirPlay 2, Trueplay, and connected features.

Bluetooth 5.3 allows direct playback from compatible phones, tablets, computers, and other Bluetooth devices.

Trueplay on iOS and Android

Trueplay measures the acoustics of the room and fine-tunes Era 100's EQ for its placement and environment. Sonos currently supports Trueplay tuning with compatible iOS and Android devices.

Optional Line-In

Era 100 can accept an analog audio source through its USB-C port when used with the optional Sonos Line-In Adapter.

This can be useful for a CD player, computer, or turntable with the appropriate built-in or external phono preamp.

The Sonos Line-In Adapter is sold separately.

Optional Wired Ethernet

Era 100 does not include a built-in Ethernet jack. Wired networking requires the optional Sonos Combo Adapter connected through USB-C.

Voice Control and Microphone Privacy

Era 100 supports Sonos Voice Control and Amazon Alexa where available. Its far-field microphone array also supports Trueplay tuning.

A physical switch on the rear disconnects power from the microphone hardware when additional privacy is desired.

Stereo Pairing

A matching pair of Era 100 speakers can be used as rear surrounds with compatible Sonos home theater products.
