When power fails, it switches to battery in milliseconds and provides practical runtime for a controlled shutdown: about 13 minutes at half load and about 4.5 minutes at full load. The front LCD makes it easy to see load level, voltage, battery charge, and estimated runtime, which is exactly what you want when you are trying to decide whether to shut down now or ride through a short outage.

Outlet layout and management are designed for IT, not just home use.
