The Turing TLKCT4F4 LITE IP Kit combines twelve TLT4M28 4MP turret cameras with a TLNVR16 16-channel PoE NVR and a preinstalled 4TB surveillance hard drive. It provides a complete wired IP surveillance system for larger homes, offices, retail locations, warehouses, and other properties that need multiple camera views from one recorder.

With 12 cameras included and 16 total NVR channels, the system leaves four channels available for compatible future expansion.

4MP TLT4M28 Turret Cameras

Each included camera uses a 4MP progressive-scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520. The fixed 2.8mm F2.0 lens provides an approximately 101.5° field of view for entrances, driveways, hallways, storefronts, perimeter areas, and other general surveillance zones.

16-Channel PoE NVR

The included TLNVR16 provides sixteen built-in PoE camera ports, allowing the twelve included cameras to connect directly to the recorder while leaving capacity for up to four additional compatible IP cameras.

4TB Storage Included

The NVR ships with one 4TB hard drive installed, so the system can begin local recording without requiring a separate surveillance drive.

The TLNVR16 supports two SATA drive bays with support for up to 10TB per drive. Actual recording retention depends on camera count, resolution, frame rate, compression, recording schedule, motion activity, and other settings.

Smart IR for Night Monitoring

Each TLT4M28 camera provides Smart IR illumination up to approximately 98 ft. Smart IR helps manage infrared intensity as subjects move closer to or farther from the camera.

120 dB True WDR

True WDR helps preserve useful image detail when a scene contains both bright and dark areas, such as entrances with daylight behind a subject, covered walkways, loading areas, and other challenging lighting conditions.

Built-In Microphones

Each included camera has a built-in microphone for supported audio recording. Local laws and regulations regarding audio recording vary, so confirm the requirements that apply to your installation location.

IP67 Outdoor Protection

The included turret cameras are IP67 rated for dust and water protection and are designed for indoor or outdoor surveillance use.

PoE Plug-and-Play Installation

Power and network data can travel over the same Ethernet cable when each camera is connected to one of the NVR's built-in PoE ports. This simplifies cabling compared with systems that require separate power at every camera location.

Use appropriately rated CAT5e or CAT6 cable, including outdoor-rated cable where runs are exposed to weather.

Local Turing LITE Access

The standalone LITE system supports the Turing LITE mobile app for iOS and Android and SMART Station software for local network viewing and system management.

Optional Turing Vision Cloud and AI Upgrade

The TLKCT4F4 can operate as a standalone local surveillance system without Turing Vision cloud services.

For Turing Vision cloud VMS and advanced AI capabilities, Turing requires a compatible Turing Vision Mini Bridge plus an Essential or Core AI license for each camera. These components and licenses are sold separately.

Person and vehicle classification on the included TLT4M28 cameras requires the applicable Turing Vision licensing rather than being an unrestricted standalone LITE feature.

NDAA Compliant
