The SurgeX SX-1120-RT is a 20-amp rackmount surge eliminator and power conditioner, purpose-built for mission-critical AV, IT, and broadcast systems. Featuring Advanced Series Mode® surge protection, it eliminates surges up to 6,000 volts without degrading over time — unlike traditional MOV-based devices.

This unit includes 8 grounded AC outlets (6 switched, 2 always-on) plus a front-facing courtesy outlet, offering flexible connectivity for rack-mounted gear. EMI/RFI filtering ensures clean power delivery, while ICE® inrush current elimination protects equipment from damaging startup spikes. The COUVS® voltage shutdown feature safely powers down systems during extreme line conditions, automatically restoring power when safe.
