Using SurgeX’s patented Series Mode® technology, the SA-82 stops surges cold — up to 6,000 volts — without degrading over time, unlike traditional MOV-based surge protectors. The unit also features Impedance Tolerant® EMI/RFI filtering to eliminate power noise that can disrupt performance.

For added safety, Over-Voltage Shutdown kicks in when line voltage spikes, and restores power automatically when conditions stabilize. Its compact FlatPak™ enclosure fits behind monitors or inside racks, and the included mounting brackets and detachable IEC cord make installation simple and flexible.
