   No. Install into wood studs, or solid masonry like concrete or brick, using the correct hardware.
   
3. Is tilt the right choice vs fixed or full motion?
   Tilt is perfect for higher mounts and glare control. If you need side-to-side swivel for corner viewing, go full motion instead.
