Arc Ultra supports two Trueplay tuning methods. Quick Tuning uses the soundbar's built-in microphones and is available on compatible iOS and Android devices.

Advanced Tuning uses the microphone in a supported iOS device for a more detailed room measurement. Android devices support Quick Tuning rather than Advanced Tuning.

Advanced Speech Enhancement and Night Sound

Arc Ultra uses AI-based Speech Enhancement to detect voices and provides four adjustable dialogue-clarity levels in the Sonos app.

Night Sound reduces louder effects and raises quieter content for more comfortable lower-volume viewing.

Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and AirPlay 2

Arc Ultra supports Wi-Fi 6 on compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Bluetooth 5.3 allows direct wireless streaming from compatible Bluetooth devices, while Apple AirPlay 2 is supported over Wi-Fi from compatible Apple devices.

Voice Control and Microphone Privacy

Arc Ultra supports Sonos Voice Control and Amazon Alexa where available.

A physical microphone switch on the rear panel disconnects power to the microphone hardware when voice services and microphone-based features are not wanted.
