The Pure Resonance Audio DA2500 is made for commercial installs where flexibility matters as much as power. It is a 2-channel rack mount power amplifier that can drive 70V distributed speakers and low-impedance speakers, and it can do it in a way that many amps simply cannot: each channel has its own independent 70V or 4–16 ohm switch.

That means you can run a 70V speaker line for a building zone, and at the same time run a separate low-impedance zone for a different area, using one 1U amplifier. For integrators, that is a cleaner rack, fewer boxes to power, fewer points of failure, and usually a more cost-effective build.

The front-panel indicators help with fast troubleshooting, showing signal presence, peak clipping, protection status, and power supply state.

Reliability is clearly part of the design brief. The DA2500 includes protection against high temperature, overload, and short-circuit conditions. It uses fan-forced cooling to manage heat in racks that run long hours, which is common in schools, restaurants, houses of worship, retail, warehouses, and public facilities.
