6.5-Inch Coaxial Two-Way Design

Each Control 16C/T uses a 6.5" polypropylene-cone woofer with a butyl rubber surround and a 0.75" treated silk-dome tweeter.

The tweeter uses a lightweight Kapton voice coil and liquid cooling for improved high-frequency performance and reliability.

110° Conical Coverage

JBL specifies a nominal 110° conical coverage pattern, allowing each speaker to distribute sound across a broad listening area.

Actual coverage depends on ceiling height, speaker spacing, room acoustics, background noise, and required listening level.

The speaker uses a removable locking 4-pin connector with screw terminals for input and loop-through wiring. The connector accepts wire up to 12 AWG.
